“Your Mind is a garden.  Your thoughts are seeds.  You can grow flowers, or you can grow weeds!”This is the SIS Theme for the month of May.  Let’s set the intention to GROW FLOWERS this month!  Focusing on our thought’s outcome to manifest desired things or events leads to true mental health.  Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, this attuning is right on time!Here are 7 steps to promote growing flowers or well being.  We’ll dig deeper into each one throughout the month on FB and in Fluid Magazine.

Spend more time examining what you think.
Train your mind to think again.
Use tools to tap into good vibrations.
Go with the natural rhythm of your energy flow.
Feelings not things or action, lead to well being and happiness.
Exercise – lack of exercise leads to weak bodies and minds.
This moment is your life, don’t run away from it.
