We often think and talk about preserving and developing our physical health, yet often ignore another important factor in the health triad – the mind.   

Mind, body, spirit focus is essential for preserving and developing a balanced being.  This show, in honor of Mental Health Month, we bring that focus to mental health. 

Co-host Raiysa, will discuss how ancestry, diet and deficiencies influence unstable “pseudo-emotions” that an threaten our mental and emotional without us ever knowing the cause.  With this information she is able to support those experiencing mental distress through her not-for-profit organization, the Young Tiger Foundation.

Raiysa, Talk Show Host and Speaker, is also the author of “Leaping Over the Hurdles of Life”, the biography of her son that deals with mental stress and the solutions available to us.
