madeaallenEven when we understand that our kitchen is our medicine cabinet, we can still fail to eat our way to optimal health.  This is true when we are not fully educated in holistic nutrition. Holistic nutrition is the natural approach to developing a healthy, balanced diet while taking into account the individual as a whole.  This includes consciously choosing (and eating!) healthy foods that foster vibrant physical and mental health.  These foods promote a strong immune system and prevent disease and act as nutraceuticals.  Nutraceuticals (versus pharmaceuticals) also control or reverse most existing health issues.
